CONDITIONS
Pricing: Base prices
apply to digital delivery and are subject to change. Paper copies are available
by request and will be quoted individually due to fluctuating material &
shipping costs.
Licensing: A signed
License Agreement is required before any materials can be sent out. This
agreement is completely free of charge.
Usage & Credit: If our
materials are used in publication, no extra fees are charged, but we do request
a copy of the publication for our records. Please credit us as: Illinois
Railway Museum, Pullman Library.
Payment: We accept
payments via check in US funds. Please make checks payable to Illinois
Railway Museum and mail to:

Payment note: Include “Pullman Library” and your invoice number in
the Memo Line. Only personal checks or payment via your bank’s Bill
Payment service are acceptable.

Documents:

Assumes Letter or Legal original sizes.

Specifications, drawing lists, contracts and
correspondence files are priced per page. We CANNOT separate out sections of
Specifications or Plans (within multi-Plan Lots).

Larger than Legal sized originals – quoted upon
request.
Drawings & Maps:
·
Budd changed Drawing Size Designations leading to
multiple size designations in the Drawing Size Examples in chart above.
·
Prices are based on the size of the original Map or
Drawing.
·
Drawings & Maps may be scaled to virtually any
size – quoted upon request.
File Types:
·
All File Types, including photos assumes .tif – we can
convert to most standard types, including PDFs.
Other:
·
Expedited Orders: Quoted Upon Request.
·
Internal Library lists & indexes: Quoted Upon
Request.
·
Paper Copies: Quoted Upon Request.
